Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 large eggs
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 servings Dose & Co Collagen Creamer or Pure Collagen
Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius on fan bake.
Line a 8x8 inch or 20x20 cm baking dish with baking paper.
In a saucepan melt the butter and chocolate on low heat. Remove from the pan and pour into a bowl.
Whisk in the sugar, eggs, salt, and collagen. Once smooth, add the cocoa powder.
Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick interested comes out clean.
Let cool in pan and cut into squares before serving.
